Originally homesteaded in 1836, the property features an historic main farmhouse, charming cottage, stylish loft unit, in-ground pool and massive 19th century timber barn. Conveniently located to all the Harbor Country has to offer, yet thoroughly private, it’s the perfect place to gather and wander with family and friends.

Berrywood Farm has a rich story to tell. Starting with its founding circa 1836, successive generations have worked the land, created a home for their families and become part of the local community. Each of them started with an ambition and turned it into something more. Together they created a legacy, one which is burnished with each successive seed we sow, tree we plant and crop we harvest. Every chapter has a starting point — this is ours and we’re honored to share it with you.

Berrywood Farm is located in the heart of the Harbor Country of southwest Michigan, less than two miles off I-94. The nearest town is Three Oaks (3.5 miles) but its central location provides easy access to the nearby communities of Union Pier (2.5 miles), Lakeside (3.0 miles), New Buffalo (6.5 miles) and Sawyer (8.0 miles). The closest Lake Michigan public beach is Town Line Beach (3.0 miles), with New Buffalo Beach and Warren Dunes State Park also nearby.
